Hello. I've read through the previous forums and saw this question asked many times, but never answered (8/26/09). I especially wanted to try to reach the source of a posted answer on that date (8/26/2009)- "Nicholas Li- Microsoft Contingent Staff, Moderator". As he came the closest to answering. He said he would perform research and get back to the other person. But I saw no more posts, to follow. (I thought since he already knows about this he may know the answer). "The Question/Situation": In Windows Vault, under 'Generic Credentials'; there is an entry (states made today-7/7/11), that I did not make nor recognize. Description : "Internet/Network address: 'virtualapp/didlogical', Username: 02gssyadfctm, Password: not revealed, Persistence: Local Machine". Is this entry, "normal/safe" or "Rogue" (hijacker, keylogger, etc..)? If anyone knows please advise. (Specs: Windows 7 Home Premium, 32-bit). Thanks, RolloMay. RolloMay

Hi, In that post, Barry has indicated the following conclusion: So, officially, it is indeed created by Windows Live, as part of their authentication process. It is not a key-logger or a virus or your banking credentials.
